Yoga Journal Granola

3 c rolled oats
1/2 c sesame seeds
1/2 c raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
-mix dry ingredients together
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c maple syrup
1/2 c coconut oil, melted
-mix wet ingredients together and stir into dry
-bake at 325F on a rimmed, lined baking sheet
-bake 15 min, then stir in
3/4 unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 c raw hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
-bake another ~18min and remove from oven
-stir in
1/4 c cacao nibs
